Where you do not grant consent, I will not be able to use your personal data; (so for example I may not be able to let you know about forthcoming classes and events) except in certain limited situations, such as where required to do so by law or to protect members of the public from serious harm. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by contacting Lisa Drew at jollymummythree@aol.com. Please note that all processing of your personal data will cease once you have withdrawn consent, other than where this is required by law, but this will not affect any personal data that has already been processed prior to this point.


In order for Music with Mummy to comply with new data protection regulation (GDPR), it is necessary to

obtain your written consent to use your image or words for the purpose of promoting Music with

Mummy. You should only agree to Music with Mummy using your photograph, film or words if you feel

completely happy to do so. You should not sign this consent form if you feel under any pressure or

obligation to do so.


How we may use your photograph, film and words:

Music with Mummy may use your photograph, film and words for the purposes of promotion, education

and development of its classes e.g. to publicise events, in newspaper articles, magazines and other

media such as websites, information leaflets, electronic newsletters and presentations.


What if I change my mind?

Once an article or image is published and in circulation (e.g. newsletters, website images) it can be

copied and used by others. However, you can contact Music with Mummy at any point and ask us not to

use your image or words for any new purposes. We will comply with this request and will also do our

best to stop others using your image or words, although we cannot guarantee this. Please note that we

will be unable to remove images that have already been used in publications or publicity material.


How long will Music with Mummy retain my images?

We will retain any photographs, film or words until you withdraw your consent.
